In the fall of 2008 NALMC was awarded a $20,000 grant from the Otto Fund of the NH Charitable Foundation to conduct an ecological assessment of the NALMC Neighborhood. The assessment was a compilation of all existing information on the ecological, cultural, and recreational resources within the NALMC focus area and will help in identifying future projects that will reap benefits across the NALMC Neighborhood. Bear-Paw Regional Greenways graciously agreed to act as NALMC’s fiscal agent in administering the grant.
